ENJOY SOME OF OUR FAVORITE RECIPES!!!

 
 
 
 

HOW TO PREPARE: 
PASTA: Bring 4 to 6 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 tbs. of salt. (if desired) Add pasta. For “Al Dente” pasta, cook for approximately 6 minutes. For a more tender pasta, let cook for 1 to 2 more minutes. Sample to taste. Drain water gently. Add your favorite Pasta é Pasta   sauce. Serve and Enjoy The BEST!! 
RAVIOLI: Keep Ravioli frozen until ready to use. Bring 4 to 6 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 tbs. of salt. (if desired) Break apart and add Ravioli. Once they rise to the surface, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Drain water gently. Add your favorite Pasta é Pasta   sauce. Serve and Enjoy The BEST!!
GNOCCHI: Bring 4 to 6 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 tbs. of salt. (if desired) Add Gnocchi. Cook for approximately 8 minutes. Sample to taste. Drain water gently. Add your favorite Pasta é Pasta   sauce. Serve and Enjoy The BEST!!
SAUCE: You can either heat up the sauce in the microwave (if frozen)for 4-6 minutes (if thawed) for 2-4 minutes. Or you can warm up the sauce by putting it in a saucepan on low heat. Serve and Enjoy The BEST!!

BASIC  SAUCE SUGGESTIONSFor Any Pasta é Pasta Noodles:  
Sauté ¼ cup of Olive Oil and 1-2 tablespoons of Butter.If you desire, you can add Chicken Stock or reduced White Wine Next, add any of the following according to taste and availability:
Ø  Garlic
Ø  Lemon
Ø  Sun Dried Tomatoes
Ø  Artichoke (marinated in jar)
Ø  Mushrooms (fresh or marinated in jar)
Ø  Toasted Pine Nuts
Ø  Onion
Ø  Basil
Ø  Peaches or Pears
Ø  Any Fresh Vegetable (zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant, etc.)
Ø  Any Type of Cheese (romano, gorgonzola, mozzarella, goat cheese)
Then, cook your favorite type of Pasta é Pasta Noodles and simply add your favorite sauce from above!! (Recipe is for 12oz of pasta)

PUMPKIN RAVIOLI
Directions & Sauce Ideas! 
HOW TO PREPARE RAVIOLI:
Keep Ravioli frozen until ready to use. Bring 4 to 6 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 tbs. of salt. (if desired) Break apart and add Ravioli. Once they rise to the surface, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Drain water gently. Add your favorite Pasta é Pasta sauce. Serve and Enjoy The BEST!! 
SAUCE IDEAS:
1.       Melt 1 stick of butter, pour over cooked Pumpkin Ravioli, add ¾ cup of parmesan cheese and a pinch of black pepper. (You can also add a handful of Pine nuts if you desire) Serve and Enjoy The BEST!! 
2.       Melt 1 stick of butter, mix in six sage leaves and a handful of walnuts (browned if you desire). Allow to sauté for 1-2 minutes. Pour over cooked Pumpkin Ravioli. Serve and Enjoy The BEST!! 
3.       Melt 1 stick of butter. Pour melted butter into a food processor or blender. Add ½ cup of dried cranberries to the food processor or blender. Mix on low until blended. Place it in a sauté pan, heat on low for 2-3 minutes. Pour over cooked Pumpkin Ravioli. Serve and Enjoy The BEST!!

GNOCCHI with CHICKEN and VEGETABLESRECIPE 
Use Pasta é Pasta’s Potato Gnocchi or Spinach Gnocchi!!!(Recipe is for 1 pound of Gnocchi)
Sauté One pound of Chicken Breast (cut into cubes).
Add the following to the cooked Chicken:
16 oz. of chopped vegetables (medleys can be found by the bag already chopped for soups)
One can of “Campbell’s” Cheddar Cheese
One cup of Water
One teaspoon of Salt
One teaspoon of Pepper
One teaspoon of Parsley
½ teaspoon of Minced Onion
½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
Continue cooking on LOW heat for  a ½ hour
While that is cooking, prepare the Gnocchi
To Cook GNOCCHI: Bring 4 to 6 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 tbs. of salt. (if desired) Add Gnocchi. Cook for approximately 8 minutes. Sample to taste. Drain water gently.
Next, add the cooked Gnocchi to your mix from above and continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy The BEST!!

TOMATO BASIL ~ DELITE  with Pasta é Pasta’s Tomato Basil PASTA
To Cook PASTA:  Bring 4 to 6 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 tbs. of salt. (if desired) Add pasta. For “Al Dente” pasta, cook for approximately 6 minutes. For a more tender pasta, let cook for 1 to 2 more minutes. Sample to taste. Drain water gently. 
Add:1 to 2 Shallots (chopped)
1 glove of garlic
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 package of mushrooms (portobello, or your favorite)
3 to 4 fresh tomatoes (or quality canned)
Fresh grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
(In Addition, you may add Grilled Salmon or Fresh Shrimp. Add salt and pepper to taste.)
Then: 

Mix in all of the above with pasta. Add your freshly grated Pecorino Romano Cheese.

CHICKEN ~ BACON ~ GOAT CHEESE with Pasta é Pasta’s Spinach and/or  Mixed Blend  PASTA
You will need: 1 package of boneless/skinless Chicken thighs, 1/8 or 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1 glove of garlic, Fresh Thyme, Bacon (two/three pieces or to taste), Goat Cheese (3/4 tablespoons or to taste), 1 package of Pasta é Pasta‘s Spinach and/or Mixed Blend Pasta, Freshly grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
Directions: Sauté one package of boneless skinless chicken thighs (breasts if you prefer white meat) (add salt and pepper to taste) with one glove of garlic, 1/8 to 1/4 cup of olive oil and fresh thyme. In microwave, cook two/three pieces of bacon (crispy).  When done, put cut up bacon and use the renderings from the bacon with the renderings of the chicken (cut up). Mix ¾ tablespoons of goat cheese (we prefer Zingerman's goat cheese) with the chicken and bacon renderings.
To Cook PASTA:  Bring 4 to 6 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 tbs. of salt. (if desired) Add pasta. For “Al Dente” pasta, cook for approximately 6 minutes. For a more tender pasta, let cook for 1 to 2 more minutes. Sample to taste. Drain water gently.
Then: Mix in all of the above with pasta. Add your freshly grated Pecorino Romano Cheese.
